Versa Etch Extender Versa Etch Extender is a VOC-compliant, water-based coating designed for use with Versa Etch Surface Retarders. When properly applied, it extends the removal time of Versa Etch, helping to create a uniform etched surface. Compatible with all Versa Etch surface retarder depths, it is ideal for managing the timing of concrete surface finishing.

Application
Versa Etch Extender should be applied immediately after the Versa Etch Surface Retarder has dried. It is removed along with the Versa Etch Surface Retarder. A spray application is preferred, with recommended temperatures above 40°F. For best results, ensure the application area is clean, and use a garden hose with a stiff-bristle broom or high-pressure water to remove the retarder.
Coverage:Approximately 400 ft² per gallon.

Shelf Life
Versa Etch Extender has a shelf life of 1 year when stored in the original, tightly closed container. Protect it from contaminants such as water and dirt.
