Pervious Concrete can be easy to install. It is very different from regular concrete and if you don’t understand the 3 main components, you can find yourself doing the job twice. Mix Design, Placement and Curing are the main components in a successful Pervious Project. Understanding how to recognize and adjust during the pouring process is another staple method in a successful project. PCS can offer on the job training, consultation and Liaison capabilities between the Owner, Pervious Producer, GC and Installer. Our goal is to have a win/win for all Pervious Projects.
Ready Mix Producer Support
PCS can provide the Concrete Producer an ability to Brand and produce a high quality mix based on ACI/NPCPA Design Methods.  We have proven success throughout the country in Branding, Constructing a Mix based on Dry Rodded Unit Weight, Specific Gravity of the Aggregate and proper cement/water ratio to generate a flowable, workability mix for the contractor. PCS can formulate a Plastic Weight Measurement to benchmark testing throughout every Project thus keeping the +5/-5 ACI standards in line with Specifications.
