Application

Surface Preparation

The concrete surface must be clean and free of standing water, sealer, or any material that may prevent adhesion.

For New Concrete or Exposed Aggregate

  • Apply with a sprayer or roller in uniform thin films at a rate of350400 sq ft per gallon.
  • For best results, spray apply.
  • Only one coat is required to cure, seal, beautify, and protect.
  • For increased gloss, a second coat may be applied after the first has thoroughly dried (typically 68 hours).

For Existing Concrete

  • Surfaces must be clean, dry, or slightly damp and free of stains, oil, grease, dirt, and incompatible coatings.
  • For smooth, dense surfaces, light buffing and the use of a microfiber applicator are recommended to achieve the best results.

Packaging

Available in 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails.

Shelf Life

One year from the date of manufacture when stored in the original tightly closed containers. Avoid freezing and contamination from water, dirt, or other materials

Cleaning

Application equipment should be cleaned with water if the product has not dried. For dried product, use xylene or other approved solvents.
