Application

Surface Preparation

Ensure the concrete surface is clean, dry, and free of all stains, oil, grease, dirt, and incompatible coatings before application.

Application Instructions

  • Apply with a sprayer or roller in uniform thin films for optimal results.
  • Only one coat is needed to seal, beautify, and protect.
  • For increased gloss, a second coat may be applied after the first has thoroughly dried, typically within 4 6 hours.
  • Two thin coats are recommended over one heavy coat, especially on porous substrates.

Shelf Life

Two years from the date of manufacture when stored in the original tightly closed containers. Prevent accumulation of water, dirt, or other contaminants.
