Application

  • Surface Preparation:Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, structurally sound, and free of any contaminants such as laitance, grease, or oil. A mechanically abraded profile is recommended for optimal bonding.
  • Mixing and Application:Agitate well before use. Apply undiluted Stucco-Bond at a rate of 250 sq-ft per gallon using a brush, roller, or sprayer. For spray applications, ensure the product is worked into the substrate to form a continuous film.
  • Admixture Use:Dilute 1 to 1 with potable water for use as an admixture with sand/cement mixes, adjusting the proportion to achieve desired consistency.

Packaging

Available in 55 gallon drums, 5 gallon pails, and 1 gallon jugs (4 per case).

Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place in the original tightly closed container. Stucco-Bond has a shelf life of 1 year from the date of manufacture. Protect from freezing.
