Application

SpecSilane 20 WB is used to protect concrete and masonry surfaces such as decks, pavements, parking structures, ramps, bridges, and marine platforms against corrosive effects from de-icing salts, moisture, and weathering to prevent spalling and deterioration.

New Concrete

  • Surfaces should be well cured (minimum 28 days).
  • Ensure the surface is free from curing residue, dust, debris, oil, and other contaminants.
  • The concrete must be absorptive to allow proper penetration of the sealer.

Old Concrete and Masonry

  • Remove any previously applied sealers and surface contaminants with pressure washing andSpecChem Citrus Cleaner.
  • Verify the substrate is absorptive for effective sealer penetration.

Packaging

Available in 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails.

Shelf Life

Store in sealed containers in a clean, dry area between 45-85°F. Keep from freezing. Shelf life is one year in unopened containers.
