Application

  • Surface Preparation:Surfaces must be clean, dry, and structurally sound. Remove all contaminants such as water, soluble materials, or other foreign substances.
  • Application:Apply SpecPrime uniformly at a rate of 100150 square feet per gallon using a brush, broom, or sprayer. Ensure the surface is coated thoroughly to remain slightly tacky when dry.
  • Drying Time:Typically 23 hours at 70°F. Ensure good ventilation to avoid delays in drying.
  • Reapplication:For very porous surfaces, a second application may be required after 23 hours to achieve a continuous film.

Packaging

Available in 55-gallon drums, 5-gallon pails, and 1-gallon jugs (4 per case).

Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place in the original tightly closed container.SpecPrime has a shelf life of 1 year from the date of manufacture.
