Mixing Instructions

  • Mix equal volumes of Part A and Part B for three minutes using a low-speed drill.
  • Ensure air, material, and surface temperatures are above 40°F (4°C) before mixing.

Surface Preparation

  • Surfaces must be clean, dry, and structurally sound.
  • Remove all contaminants by sandblasting, mechanical abrasion, or hydroblasting.
  • Clean drilled holes with a nylon brush and oil-free compressed air.

Application Techniques

  • Bonding:Apply SpecPoxy 3000 FS neatly into the substrate. Do not exceed a glue line thickness of 1/8”.
  • Anchoring:Prepare holes and insert bolts or dowels while the epoxy remains tacky.

Packaging

Available in 1 gallon units, 2 gallon units, 10 gallon units, and 22 oz. dual cartridges.

Shelf Life

Store in original, tightly closed containers. Properly stored, the shelf life is two years from the date of manufacture.
