Application
Surface Preparation
- Ensure cleanliness:The concrete surface must be clean and free from oil, grease, dust, laitance, or any surface contaminants.
- Existing Concrete:The surface must be open textured and absorbent.
- New Concrete:Allow curing for a minimum of 28 days unless using moisture-tolerant products.
Mixing and Application
- Mixing:No mixing required; the product is ready to use as delivered.
- Application:Apply with a low-pressure sprayer or roller.
- Coverage:Approximately 300-500 sq ft per gallon, depending on surface porosity.
Placement Procedure
- Application:Apply a single, uniform coat ensuring complete coverage.
- Penetration:Allow material to penetrate for up to 30 minutes. Remove excess material thoroughly with squeegees or mops.
Finishing/Curing
- Finishing:No additional finishing is required after application.
- Curing:The product is self-curing under normal conditions.
Packaging
Available in 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails.
Shelf Life
Shelf life is 2 years if properly stored. Do not freeze.
