Application

  • Surface Preparation:Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oils, grease, and other residues that could impair absorption. For new concrete surfaces, wait a minimum of 14 days before applying.
  • Coverage Rates:Extremely Dense/Hard Troweled Floors:Approximately 300 sq-ft per diluted gallon.
  • Application Method:Apply with low-pressure spray, squeegee, or push broom. Ensure even coverage to avoid puddling which can lead to white residues.
  • Drying Time:Typically 4 to 8 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.
  • Cleanup:Tools should be cleaned immediately with warm water to prevent residue build-up.

Packaging

Available in 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon plastic pails.

Shelf Life

Store in original tightly closed containers in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture. Do not allow the product to freeze.

  • Complies with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Navy, Post Office, and Veteran’s Administration specifications for liquid chemical hardeners.
  • Applicable for Class 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 concrete floors as per ACI Standard 302.1.
