Application
Substrate Preparation:
- Ensure concrete is at least 28 days old and fully cured.
- Clean holes thoroughly to remove debris and dampen with water.
- Use appropriate flat washers for bolt size.
Mixing Instructions:
- Interior Applications:Add 1/2 quart of clean potable water per 5 lbs. of Rapid Rock and mix to a smooth, flowable consistency.
- For smaller batches, use 3.2 oz. of water per 1 lb. of Rapid Rock.
- Adjust water to achieve desired consistency for plastic applications.
Application Process:
- Pour Rapid Rock around the bolt or anchor, slightly above substrate level.
- For exterior applications in standing water conditions,protect the material using one of the following options:
Packaging
- 50 lbs.
- 25 lbs.
- 10 lbs.
- 5 lbs.
Shelf Life
- Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
- Keep the package tightly sealed when not in use.
- Shelf life:12 months when properly stored. Rotate stock regularly.
