Application

Substrate Preparation:

  • Ensure concrete is at least 28 days old and fully cured.
  • Clean holes thoroughly to remove debris and dampen with water.
  • Use appropriate flat washers for bolt size.

Mixing Instructions:

  • Interior Applications:Add 1/2 quart of clean potable water per 5 lbs. of Rapid Rock and mix to a smooth, flowable consistency.
  • For smaller batches, use 3.2 oz. of water per 1 lb. of Rapid Rock.
  • Adjust water to achieve desired consistency for plastic applications.

Application Process:

  • Pour Rapid Rock around the bolt or anchor, slightly above substrate level.
  • For exterior applications in standing water conditions,protect the material using one of the following options:

Packaging

  • 50 lbs.
  • 25 lbs.
  • 10 lbs.
  • 5 lbs.

Shelf Life

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
  • Keep the package tightly sealed when not in use.
  • Shelf life:12 months when properly stored. Rotate stock regularly.

  • Repairing cracks and voids in concrete floors, walls, and foundations.
  • Filling gaps around bolts and anchors.
