Application

  • Ensure form surfaces are clean of dirt, rust, scale, and concrete buildup before application.
  • ApplyPrecast 80using a spray with an atomizing or misting tip to ensure a thin, uniform film, enhancing product performance and efficiency.
  • Recommended coverage ranges from1000 to 2000 sq ft/galfor steel, fiberglass, and HDO plywood. Actual rates may vary.
  • Remove any excess material or puddles with a squeegee and absorbent rags.
  • When applied correctly, Precast 80 will not leave any residues that might prevent adhesion of coatings or stain the concrete.

Packaging

Available in 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails.

Shelf Life

Two years from the date of manufacture when stored in properly closed containers.
