Pave Cure REZ WHITE is a high-solids, water-based, white pigmented, resin-based concrete curing compound that forms a continuous membrane to ensure strong and durable concrete. The white pigment reflects sunlight to help keep the concrete surface cooler, minimizing heat buildup. Ideal for exterior surfaces like highways and airports, this product complies with the U.S. EPA’s maximum VOC content limits of 350 g/L.

Application

  • Surface Preparation:Apply as soon as the surface water has disappeared and the concrete surface can withstand the application without being marred.
  • Application Rate:Apply uniformly at a coverage rate of 200 sq ft per gallon to avoid puddles.
  • Curing Time:The dissipating resin begins to break down chemically and physically in 4-6 weeks under normal conditions.

Packaging

Available in 275-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and 5-gallon pails.

Shelf Life

Store in original tightly closed containers to prevent contamination and avoid exposure to extreme heat or freezing conditions. Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture.

Standards

  • ASTM Standards:Meets ASTM C309, Type II, Class A & B and AASHTO M148, Type II, Class A & B. Also meets FAA Item P-610-2.11(e) specifications for airport paving.
  • Moisture Loss:Demonstrates superior moisture retention with a rate well below the maximum requirements.

Cleaning

Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. For tougher residues, use SpecChem Solvent 100 or an appropriate cleaning solvent.
