Max-A-Seal Asphalt Paint is a concrete sealer or water repellent. High Gloss, Quick Drying, Corrosion Resistant Asphalt Paint Max-A-Seal Asphalt Paint is a quick-drying, high-gloss, bituminous, corrosion-resistant asphalt paint that offers one-coat coverage with full resistance to water, acids, alkalis, electrolysis, and natural elements. This product is NSF/ANSI 61 approved for use with potable water systems and meets Federal Specification TTC-494 Types I, II, and III, and AASHTO.

Application
Max-A-Seal Asphalt Paint must be applied to a clean, dry surface free of foreign matter. The material can be applied by brush, heavy nap roller, or spray equipment at a recommended minimum wet mil thickness of 5 mils at 250-300 ft²/gal. It dries within an hour and can be recoated or backfilled within 5 hours at 70°F. The product can be sprayed using a Graco GH833 Siphon Pump, 1/2” hose, Blue Texture Spray gun, and a GHD 661 Spray Tip, among other comparable brand spraying equipment. Material should remain dry until it has fully cured.

Shelf Life
The shelf life of Max-A-Seal Asphalt Paint in the original, tightly closed container is 1 year from the date of manufacture. Do not store at temperatures exceeding 110°F.
