Application

IntraFilmshould be applied to fresh concrete before the commencement of screeding, floating, or troweling.

  • Use a clean, hand-pump, tank-type sprayer with a low-pressure tip for even distribution.
  • Mist the IntraFilm lightly over the entire surface, then proceed with concrete finishing techniques.
  • Reapply to any areas that begin to dry prematurely.
Mixing Instructions:
  • IntraFilm is supplied as a concentrate. Dilute by mixing one part concentrate with four parts clean, potable water.
  • Stir or shake vigorously before use to ensure consistency, especially after storage or shipping.

Packaging

Available in 55-gallon drums, 5-gallon pails, and 1-gallon jugs (packaged 4 jugs per case).

Shelf Life

Two years from the date of manufacture when stored in original, tightly sealed containers.

Coverage

  • As a finishing aid:500 to 1000 square feet per gallon.
  • As a concrete densifier:250 to 500 square feet per gallon.

Note:Actual coverage may vary based on surface texture, porosity, and weather conditions.
