Its applications include decorative concrete, pavers, exposed aggregate, natural stone, brick, quarry tile, terrazzo, and more. Application
For New Concrete and Exposed Aggregate
Apply with a sprayer or roller in a uniform thin film. For optimal results, spray application is recommended.SC Multi-Purpose Sealerrequires only one coat to cure, seal, beautify, and protect.
For increased gloss, especially on porous substrates, a second thin coat may be applied after the first coat has dried thoroughly, typically within 6 8 hours.
For Existing Concrete
The concrete surface must be clean, dry, and free from all stains, oil, grease, dirt, and incompatible coatings before application.
Application Conditions
- Ready-to-use. Do not dilute.
- Apply at temperatures above 40°F and rising for best results.
Packaging
Available in 5-gallon pails and 1-gallon jugs (6 to a case).
Shelf Life
Two years from the date of manufacture when stored properly in original tightly sealed containers.
Standards
VOC content is less than 100 g/L, complying with federal VOC standards for curing and sealing compounds.
