Cure & Seal 25 is a concrete curing compound or cure-and-seal. 25% solids solvent-based cure & seal Cure & Seal 25 is a VOC-compliant, non-yellowing acrylic polymer engineered to cure, seal, harden, and dustproof freshly placed concrete while enhancing the wearability and durability of aged concrete surfaces. Non-flammable Will not inhibit the adhesion of secondary toppings Meets VOC emission requirements for curing and sealing compounds (EPA limit 700 g/L).

Application
- Ready-to-use formula; do not dilute.
- Best applied with a sprayer or roller for uniform, thin coverage.
- Apply two thin coats rather than one heavy coat, avoiding puddles.
- Apply Cure & Seal 25 as soon as surface water has disappeared and the concrete surface will not be marred.
- Apply in a uniform coat. For added sealing protection and durability, a second coat may be applied at 400 sq ft/gal.
Packaging

Shelf Life
Maintains a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture when stored in original, tightly closed containers, free from contamination.
