Material & Application Notes
It enhances the beauty and shine of decorative concrete surfaces, including exposed aggregate, stained concrete, walkways, swimming pool decks, and walls, providing them with a long-lasting protective finish. This product not only safeguards the concrete against dirt, stains, and liquid contaminants but also against de-icing salts, ensuring the surface’s integrity. Formulated with an exclusive solvent blend, Crystal Shine offers fast-drying capabilities similar to solvent-based sealers while remaining compliant with VOC regulations in various regions, including OTC/LADCO/MRPO and SCAQMD.
Why Contractors Choose It
Contractors choose Crystal Shine when the slab or surface needs protection, appearance control, and a sealer matched to exposure conditions.

Application
Surface Preparation:The concrete surface must be clean and devoid of any materials that could hinder the adhesion of Crystal Shine, including existing sealers or standing water.
Application on Fresh Concrete:For optimal coverage, Crystal Shine should be applied via spray between 250-350 square feet per gallon. A hand-held pump-up sprayer or an airless industrial sprayer is recommended. Roller application is possible with a short nap, solvent-resistant sleeve; however, ensure to avoid creating air bubbles.
For Enhanced Gloss:On porous surfaces or when a higher gloss finish is desired, apply an additional coat at 400 square feet per gallon after the first coat has dried for 1-3 hours and is touch-dry.
