Biodegradable Water-Based Form Release Concentrate

Bio-Strip WB Concentrate is a 100% biodegradable, chemical release agent emulsion concentrate. When diluted properly with water (4 to 1), it provides an effective release, making it ideal for environmentally sensitive areas like bridge formwork over rivers or potable water reservoirs. It ensures easy release from various surfaces such as wood, steel, aluminum, and elastomeric liners, leaving a bondable architectural concrete surface.

Application

For optimal results,Bio-Strip WB Concentrateshould be diluted and mixed properly, then applied with a sprayer, brush, or roller in a thin, uniform film to a clean form surface. The most effective method is spray application. Avoid ponding or puddling.

Mixing Instructions

Stir slowly and thoroughly before each use using slow-speed mixing equipment. Dilute with4 parts clean, potable water to 1 part concentrate. Mix well before every use.

Packaging

Available in 275-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and 5-gallon pails.

Shelf Life

One year from the date of manufacture, when stored in the original tightly closed containers.
