It provides clear, penetrating, and breathable protection for both interior and exterior concrete and stone surfaces. This advanced formulation effectively repels oil, water, food stains, and other liquid contaminants, while offering long-lasting protection against moisture, de-icing salts, and weathering.

Application
All Shield SB can be applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces using a low-pressure sprayer (non-atomizing, under 50 psi), roller, or brush. For smooth and polished surfaces, a microfiber applicator is recommended.
Surface Preparation:
- New Concrete:Ensure the surface is dry and fully cured (minimum 21 days). Remove any moisture, curing residue, oil, or debris before application.
- Old Concrete and Masonry:Clean surfaces thoroughly usingSpecChem Orange PeelorBerry Clean. Ensure the substrate is dry and absorptive before applying the product.
Coverage Rates:
- Porous surfaces:150-200 ft²/gal
- Light broom finish:200-400 ft²/gal
- Smooth/medium trowel:400-500 ft²/gal
- Dense/polished concrete:800-1200 ft²/gal
A test area is recommended to verify coverage and compatibility.
Packaging
Available in 55-gallon drums, 5-gallon pails, and 1-gallon cans (6 per case).
Shelf Life
All Shield SB has a shelf life of 24 months when stored in unopened containers in a clean, dry environment between 45°F and 85°F. Protect from freezing.
