Application

Designed for a wide range of surfaces including commercial and industrial floors, automotive service areas, pavements, driveways, brick and concrete pavers, parking structures, bridges, and marine platforms,All Shield EX delivers robust protection against the damaging effects of de-icing salts, moisture, and environmental wear.

Application Instructions:
  • Apply using a low-pressure (50 psi) sprayer.
  • Ensure proper ventilation and use respiratory protection during application.
  • Coverage rates vary:Porous surfaces: 150200 sq ft/galDense/polished concrete: 8001200 sq ft/gal
  • New concrete must be dry, well-cured (minimum 21 days), and free of moisture, curing residues, and surface contaminants.
  • Always perform a test application on a small area to confirm compatibility and desired performance.

Packaging

Available in 55-gallon drums, 5-gallon pails, and 1-gallon cans (6 per case).

Cleaning

Prompt cleaning of spills and contaminants is recommended. Avoid using strong solvents or oil-based cleaners. For stubborn stains, a diluted solution of SpecChem Orange Peel or Berry Clean with water (1:3 ratio) can be used, followed by thorough rinsing with clean water. Reapplication of All Shield EX may be necessary after extensive or aggressive cleaning if water penetration becomes noticeable.
