Seal Coat 1000 is a waterproof, cement base, heavy duty masonry coating which stops water penetration and prevents water damage while protecting and beautifying concrete and other masonry surfaces. Seal Coat 1000 provides more water proof protection than paint type coatings. It locks out moisture and withstands mild hydrostatic pressure. Seal Coat even breathes, thus eliminating the build-up of water vapor which can cause blistering and peeling. After application, the material will dry in 3-4 hours and will set up in 24 hours to form a hard, water proof protective coating which essentially becomes an integral part of the concrete or masonry surface.
