Hold Out™ is a reactive, penetrating catalyzed siliconate solution that fuses within porous substrates of concrete, brick, stone, and mortar to combat freeze/thaw damage, scaling and spalling, and limit penetration of stains, damaging impurities and salt. Hold Out™ is breathable with minimal impact to traction coefficient. Hold Out™ creates a cross-linked insoluble methyl-silicone internal membrane that will wear away only if the substrate itself wears away below sealer penetration. Can be appplied same day. For fresh poured concrete apply HOLD-OUT after all bleed water is gone, finishing is done and can be walked on without marking.
