The Allen 800 Polyester Concrete Paver was designed for the polyester concrete overlay market and is used to pave overlays on roadways and bridge-deck surfaces. The standard option conveyor brings material straight from the truck to the auger chamber and disperses it to the paving pan (equipped with Minnich Pan Vibrators β’) where the material is βscreededβ to grade and followed by tining rake to put a texture on the final surface. This process is complete in a single pass, making this paver ideal for any polyester overlay project. With the travel dolly wheel option, this unit can be mobilized in a timely manner for open traffic lanes. This unit has a built-in βcross-slopeβ grade sensing system to make sure the final surface elevations meet all project specifications.
