ALLEN CONCRETE PAVER - Poly Pour Back Paver
ALLEN CONCRETE PAVER - Poly Pour Back Paver
The Allen 800 Polyester Concrete Paver was designed for the polyester concrete overlay market and is used to pave overlays on roadways and bridge-deck surfaces. The standard option conveyor brings material straight from the truck to the auger chamber and disperses it to the paving pan (equipped with Minnich Pan Vibrators ™) where the material is “screeded” to grade and followed by tining rake to put a texture on the final surface. This process is complete in a single pass, making this paver ideal for any polyester overlay project. With the travel dolly wheel option, this unit can be mobilized in a timely manner for open traffic lanes. This unit has a built-in “cross-slope” grade sensing system to make sure the final surface elevations meet all project specifications.
