At typical side rail-to-side rail connections, the loop end of the tie is positioned in dado slots and is secured by the same Wedge Bolts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFor typical walls, form connecting Wedge Bolts are only required at standard tie connection positions.  Additional Wedge Bolts are utilized at other positions for attachment of walers, scaffold brackets or other accessory components.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eLONG BOLTS \n\u003cbr\u003eThe Long Bolt is designed to be used with the 1\", 1½\" and 2\" Steel Filler.  The long connecting bolt is punched with two ¼\" holes to accommodate a 16d nail to be used to shorten the bolt for Steel Fillers.  A vertical Wedge Bolt secures the two panels and filler through the adjoining side rails.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eADJUSTABLE LONG BOLTS   \n\u003cbr\u003eThe Adjustable Long Bolt is designed to allow two steel fillers to be used side-by-side.  It can accommodate up to a 3\" combination (i.e. two 1½\" steel fillers, or a 1\" with a 2\" steel filler.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eGANG BOLTS\n\u003cbr\u003eGang Bolts secure Gang Form Ties. Ties are inserted through the side rail dado slots after the two opposing ganged units are in place.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBASE TIE BOLTS\n\u003cbr\u003eThe Base Tie Bolt secures a tie to an endrail or a side rail resting on a footing.
